annual
State
Road 38
Sale.
Started
some 5
years
ago, the
State 38
Sale has
turned
into a
mega
event,
not only
in it's
birthplace
here in
Pendleton,
but for
a total
of some
35 plus
miles
east and
west on
S. R.
38.
Running
from New
Castle,
Indiana
east of
Pendleton
to
Noblesville,
Indiana
to the
west it
is the
sidewalk
sales of
sidewalk
sales.
