ANGEL LUSH WITH PINEAPPLE
This is a light and delightful dessert! I know I
have seen it in a lot of magazines, however I just never
tried it, my sister-in-law brought it over last summer
and everyone loved it, the children and adults alike.
This one is so easy to prepare, about 10 minutes! I just
can’t say enough about this one, it is a cook’s pleasure
and a guest delight! I have had my Mother-in law, who is
85 years of age and my grandchildren who aren’t
teenagers yet ask about this dessert, wondering if we
were going to have it for Easter. This cake can be made
1 day ahead if you need to, however it only needs to
chill for 1 hour before serving. Give this one a try; I
am sure you and your guest wi1l enjoy it. ENJOY!
