Police Chief Marc Farrer Talks About Shooting In Pendleton

This past Thursday evening, Pendleton, Indiana suffered a tragedy. A well know businessman and friend to the community, Neal Shull, was brutally gunned down near his home here on Water Street. Two police officers were also wounded and a police K-9 had to be put down by his handler during the events that Friday evening.

Chief Farrer recounts the events of that evening.
