Markleville Farmers’ Market
Markleville, Indiana (June 2, 2012) – There’s no doubt about it. Summer is upon us and with that the Markleville Farmers’ Market held their opening day at the Markleville Community Park Shelter house located on St. Rd. 38.
Eat healthy-shop local-support our local economy! They take a great deal of pride in being able to bring to the surround communities fresh, in season, locally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs, plants, flowers, local honey, crafts and more all within a 50 mile radius of Markleville, Indiana.
Cindy Keaton said this year they also plan on having regular scheduled live demonstrations for visitors. Today, Jan Fox, showed guests how to make homemade soap.

Great place to get the homemade soaps, range free eggs, baked goods, handmade things; and to run iinto your friends and neighbors. Plan on going several times again over the summer.
