RUSHVILLE, Ind. – The final performance of the 2012 Rushville summer concert series will be an Indy Jazz Fest affiliated event featuring An Innocent Band | A Tribute to Billy Joel and will also include very special guests, and nationally recognized saxophonist, Rob Dixon & Triology on Saturday, August 25 at 7:00 p.m. The Riverside Park Amphitheater in Rushville is located at100 West Water Street. This event is free to the general public.

About Rob Dixon & Triology: After graduating from Hampton University, and a two year tenure at Indiana University, Rob Dixon was given the opportunity to work with a number of well known artists such as Tony Bennett, Slide Hampton, Ray Charles and many more during his six year stay in New York City. In 2002, Rob relocated back toIndianapolis where currently works with numerous jazz organizations throughout the mid-west.

About Riverside Park Amphitheater: Riverside Park Amphitheater is an outdoor music venue located at100West Water Street inRushville,Ind. The venue is quickly becoming a great concert destination annually hosting live music events and creating a great family-friendly environment with all performances taking place on Saturday evenings. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. There is a beer garden on-site as well for adults over 21 years of age. Parking is conveniently available in gravel lots or in surrounding business lots with easy shuttle service to and from the amphitheater. Special handicap parking is also available.
